HoloTruck
Time Frame: 04.2018 - 07.2018
HoloTruck is an App for the Microsoft HoloLens I developed for Bosch for the IAA Commercial Vehicle 2018 during my internship at the company unexpected GmbH.
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing UI and UX using a gaze pointer
- Popups showing up when the pointer comes close to a component, leading to bigger windows with more information and a bigger model of the component 
- Buttons that are activated after the pointer stayed on them for some time 
- A flowing particle effect directing the users gaze from point to point 
Setting up a 3D scene that aligns exactly with the real world truck
Playback of 3D animations demonstrating the features of every component with synced VFX
- Implementation of shaders to clip the geometry of these animations in order to show only the scene contained in a fixed box in front of the viewer
