The Christmas Surprise

The Christmas Surprise is the beginning of an animation in which a boy doesn’t believe in Santa, so his dad plays Santa to convice his son he is real, but then gets caught in the act by the real santa.

I abandoned this project, but this was my first animated short with a proper story. It also was my first contact with character animation and simulation.

It is made in Blender and the scene was exported from Minecraft.

I produced two more models that were allready rigged and ready for animation, but I never reached the scenes where they would appear, so I made turntable animations for them.
